all dash lights out ,no wipers,no gauges work,and the blower is out.it just breathes low..cig lighter works,radio works...wipers work in back ignition position but not on on position

Checked...it,s not a fuse issue ...it,,s deeper than that could it possibly be the body control module???

Yes that was my thought but needed to eliminate fuse. BCM is a common failure in Chry and controls EQ your having problems with. Especially the wiper thing
