1994 Chrysler New Yorker illumination problems

All dash lights out, no wipers, no gauges work, and the blower is out. It just breathes low. Cig lighter works, radio works. Wipers work in back ignition position but not on on position

Checked. It, s not a fuse issue. It, s deeper than that could it possibly be the body control module?

Yes that was my thought but needed to eliminate fuse. BCM is a common failure in Chry and controls EQ your having problems with. Especially the wiper thing
