How do you replace heater core on a 1994 Chrysler LHS?

That's not a do-it-yourself job. It involves removing the entire dash assembly and steering column, discharging the AC system and working with dangerous refrigerant. If you still want to attempt it, get a copy of the manufacturer's service manual. It will have pages of instructions along with drawings and warnings.
