how can I tell which transmission I have?

I need to replace my 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.0L, V6. transmission. How can I tell if the transmission is a 3 speed or 4 speed. The section where the mount is bolted on is broken so, I need to know if its a 3 or 4 speed to replace it.

Another thing Guys, I am having a screeching sound in the right rear wheel that I cant seem to get rid of. I have changed the brake shoes, wheel drum, and the brake cylinders yet still there is that screeching sound that is really annoying, any help here also?

if it has an AS on the body code plate it's a 4 speed it will say 31TH or 30TH if its' a 3 speed.but always check to match everything up if you are going to put a junkyard trans in.
