1994 Chevrolet Silverado warm up

When I start it cold, It starts normally then goes into it's warm up cycle and the rmps jump around. Never dies. After about 2 min, it seemed into a normal idle and runs great.

Check for a vacuum leak under tbi unit, and soft hoses leading to pcv and map sensors.

Vacuum hoses look in good condition. I replaced the temp switch and temp sensor. Condition still exists. Egr valve next? Thanks for any input.
