Truck water hose keep gettin hard

I got a chevy truck 1500 94 model that my top water hose keep getting hard and my tempture keep going up to 210 degrees

I have already changed themostat and by passed heater core

You sure the radiator is not clogged and water pump is circulating coolant thru out the engine?
