not getting fire have changed module in distributor.

What about the dist cap and rotor? Is the ignition coil internal or external to the cap? Do you have primary voltage to the coil, pink wire goes hot with the key on. What about the pick-up coil? The pick-up coil has to send signal to ignition module. During cranking the ignition module controls spark timing, but, has to have signal from pick-up coil and needs primary voltage.
