What would cause my Blazer to cut out and sometimes stall around 2500 RPMs.

Did it last winter. Took it to a garage and they could not get it to die. They replaced map sensor. It worked for a week and started acting up. Before I took it back it cleared up till the weather got cold again. Now it left me walking this morning. It would turn over pump was running and had fire but would not start. CPI was replaced a year ago. Thanks.

Use a gage and check fuel pressure, when problem is ongoing. Will it start with starter fluid? You have to be careful with flammable sprays. I usually take the airduct loose from the throttle-body, open the throttle valve, spray just a little, stand back from vehicle, have helper crank it.
