Torque ons Chevy s 10

Ok I am replacing head gaskets on a chevy s 10 blazer and the torque for head bolts is 65 foot lbs and I can't find a torque wrench in foot lbs without ording it all I can find to get right now is in in lbs and kgs is there a way to tighten to spec with out it or is there a way to calculate with the in lbs and kgs torque wrench?

-12in lbs equal to 1ft lbs, do your equation from here

Torque wrenches come in foot pounds, inch pounds and newton meters. I've never heard of measuring torque in kilograms. That is strictly for weight measurement.
A wrench that reads in inch pounds would not have the capacity for head bolts so you need to rethink what you're going to use.
