Just installed a standard fj226r spider fuel injector in my S10 Blazer 4.3 V6 engine. I'm leak testing and wonder if pressure regulator should allow fuel to return to tank when key is turned on for 5 seconds.

yes it is. once 60 lbs is reached, the remaining fuel go back to the tank
