adjusting idle

I have a 1994 Chevy S-10 2.2 liter. I replaced the stock motor with a Jasper engine a few years ago. I have about 30K miles on the new engine. As I put more miles on the truck, I have been having problems with the idle, I have replaced the Throttle Position Sensor, Oxygen sensor and have had my mechanic diagnosis it. No luck! the idle will change at times but will never back to where it was when i replaced the engine. It sounded fine for a long time, but it is getting worst.

The idle is set and controlled by the ECU, best to clean the throttle plate, check for vacuum leaks and clean or rep[lace the IAC, also a scan will show any unresolved fault codes, start here.
