How about some detail? Are the parts worn and sloppy? What does the tire wear look like? How many tires and how did they blow out? What is the history that led up to this?

Either could cause uneven tire wear. If you let it go long enough, the tire could wear through and blow out. Is that what is happening? And by the way, either can be dangerous if they get too bad and come apart.
