1994 Chevrolet Corvette raw gas in the exhaust

I was driving the car last week it died. we had the car toed and notice there was gas under the car. when jacked it up and looked i notice there raw gas coming from the muffler, not water but gas comng from the exhaust muffler it was streaming for a while then stopped... I am stumped ...I have looked on the internet and found nothing

If you have gas coming from the exhaust, you are dumping fuel. Start by checking fuel pump pressure and make sure the regulator is working. Also, check to make sure you are getting spark to the plugs. If there is no spark, you could see fuel coming out but that much is a lot.

The car is getting spark, I am going to replace the regulator.... when I turned on the car the pressure is 42 pounds it goes from 42 to 0 within couple seconds .. the car will not crack over...
