i have a Chevy Corsica 1994 my car idles fine but when i accelerate it revs/surges can some one help me plz and this all started after rinsing the engine with water

scan for codes and check fuel pressure should be 41-47 psi, clean throttle plateon both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole.
