Turn signals

The blinkers on my 94 Chevy Cavalier aren't working. It isn't the fuse or the turn signal switch. Also the flashers work,but blinkers don't. What could be the reason for this?

there is a flasher for the hazards and one for the turn signals. check the flasher for the turn signals.

the 4 way flashers work but no blinker? what could this be? also fuses are okay.

check the flasher for turnsignals.it's on the rightside of steering column behind dash.
