I took off my catalytic converter for a better sounding exhaust and now my car doesnt run correctly?

I think my air to fuel ratio is off but idk how to fix that and I dont want to spend alot of money I was gonna just get like a flow master exhaust and put it on professionaly I need help thx

By removing the converter, the computer is running in a close loop setting. The engine is forced to run rich. Thus, it doesn't run properly. It is federal law that the vehicle has a catalytic converter, so you should replace it for that reason too.
