1994 Chevrolet Camaro Idling

The car is idling at about 3000 RPMs an when you go to put it in drive it jerks an spins tires. While a stop light you can't keep the car from still wanting to move. I don't know if it's a vacuum leak or the throttle position sensor is bad or the PCV valve is bad. I just need to get it fixed before it gets someone hurt.

try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides an diac hole with choke cleaner then look for a vacuum leak like hoses cracked/off etc.
