I dont understand

I dont think it is normal for the tranny to do the jurking motion that it is doing now, the reason I say that is because after the car jurks and I slow down the services engine soon light comes on, someone told my to look at the sensor on the tranny but if you think of anything to check please let me know

You need to start with seeing what code's you have in the computer.You could have a bad engine sensor and nothing to do with the transmission.Let me know what codes you find i need the exact number's.
