Power Window

1994 Astro van : Power window on passenger side will go down but not up. Have replaced both door switches, motor,was also told that their was a relay under dash on passenger side ( i found a small black box with a removable card ) and a relay ( i have changed the relay.The window will still not go up ( right now i have the motor disengage so that i can pull window up and down. Also recently i have put a factory set of fog lights and factory switch on my van but i cannot find the factory plug in the dash that plugs into the switch can you tell me where that might be as well ?

As far the window. CHeck the wiring in the door boot both left and right. SOUnds like you have broken wires. If yo have factory fog lamps the switch should be right beside the headlamp switch
