I whan to now where is the relay or flasher for the turn signal. for my cadillac. 94.

It should be up under the instrument panel, most likely tucked up around the steering column area. Should be a round metal canister. Try the hazard lights to make sure you have got the correct flasher when you locate one. If it clicks while the hazard lights are working, it is the hazard flasher.
