my car wont move but I can feel the car changing gears slightly when I shift wont start in neutral or any other gear but park what can I do

Make sure you have enough transmission fluid in the transmission. Do this with the vehicle on a flat level surface and the engine running before checking the transmission fluid level. Pull the transmission dipstick out & wipe it off with a rag and put dipstick back in and pull dipstick back out and check the fluid level it should be in the crosshatch area or between two dots. Without enough transmission fluid the vehicle cant move.
The other issue could be internal to the transmission.
