i have a 1994 caddy deville,when i turn on the key the fuel pump does not pressurize,but can here the two clicks from the fuel pump relay.when i use a test light and ground to the frame i pierce the gray wire on the pump and when the key is turned to on the light should flash twice,but does not.is their anywat to test the pump while still in the car?
