1994 Cadillac Deville Caddy Deville Turn On Key Fuel Pump Does Pressurize Two

i have a 1994 caddy deville,when i turn on the key the fuel pump does not pressurize,but can here the two clicks from the fuel pump relay.when i use a test light and ground to the frame i pierce the gray wire on the pump and when the key is turned to on the light should flash twice,but does not.is their anywat to test the pump while still in the car?

no, the pump s activated for 2 seconds. if there is no power, check the fuse and relay.
