Where is the leak at? More than likely, if it is a leak from one of the nylon lines that are common from the filter to the fuel rail, the most recommended repair is replacement. The reason for that is safety, because you are dealing with a flammable liquid under high pressure.

The quick connectors at the rail? There is no way that I know of, or would recommend to a consumer, to repair the line. In my experience, they do not offer a repair kit.

There is a kit available for repairing those plastic lines but unless you are doing a bunch of them, buying a new line would be cheaper. You absolutely cannot use any type of rubber line with clamps. That could end very badly for someone.
