1994 Buick Roadmaster Put B12 This Hose Clear Out Smoke Let Run Five Mins

I put some b12 in this hose to clear out some. The smoke. I let it run for five mins. Then turn it off waited about ten fifteen and crunk it up to see if the smoke cleared up threw the pipes but it. Started running hot I. don't know wat made it do that. It wasn't running hot until I poured. The b12 in to clean it. Help me.
