Okay, here is a quick trick to figure out the problem cylinder: With the engine running, unplug the electrical connectors at the fuel injectors one at a time. Listen for the engine to change in sound and feel. If it does, then this is not the problem cylinder. Replace the electrical connector on the fuel injector. Move on to the next and repeat. If there is no noticeable change in sound or feel of the engine, than this is a problem cylinder. Go through all of the cylinders this way and get back to us with what you find out, and we can go from there.
