WHY DOES ENGINE SHUT DOWN WHEN USING POWER WINDOWS OR SEATS, WILL NOT RESTART UNTILL IT SITS FOR WHILE

Check the charging system with a professional load test. I suspect you'll find you can only get one third of the generator's rated output, (which isn't enough to meet the demands of the system), and "ripple" will be very high. If output is okay and ripple is low, suspect an overheated contact in the ignition switch.
