My 94 bmw 740i air conditioner is not working properly, if you stop at a light, stop working. Someone check it and said that it was something in the right front area. What could that be?

That dignosis is pretty vague? System is checked with gauges and leak detectors. Unless the problem is very obvious. Can be anything from a line to the compressor.
