what should i do?

i have a 1994 bmw 325i. its runs perfect in park. the motor has no miss and tons of power. but when i put the car in gear the rpms drop low and it goes dead. i have replaced the cam and crankshaft sensor and the computer. help me!! i really want to fix my car and hit the road!
