First thing would be to check your battery, make sure the connectors are securely on the terminals. If they are, take it out and get it tested, usually you local auto parts store will do this for free.

Samtheman is correct if the starter is not cranking. If starter is cranking and not starting, you would have to check what is missing, fuel, ignition sparks or mechanicaal fault.
