1994 Acura Legend D4 light and check engune

My car check engine light has been on and D4 light is flashing while driving. I replaced the VSS and still the same.

I don't know why you would just assume the issue was caused by the VSS. There are dozens of other possible failures. The flashing D4 light is indicating that there are codes stored in the TCM. The check engine light (PCM) will likely just have a generic trans code to refer you to the codes in the TCM
