1994 Acura Integra Car Will Start Spark Now Replaced Distributor Also

My car will not start up , i have spark now , i replaced the distributor, also i refurbished my starter, Got new spark plugs, and wires, changed oil, fuel pump replaced, also i replaced my main relay switch and fuel filter....
it almost sounds like this is not compression , I am stumped ... now when i try to start it all i here is it rumbling on a couple of occasions but does not fully start up but i here it wanting to fire :'( please help me

my fuses are good and relays are working, I just don't know what to do please help me ..

Could be the timing is off or the T/Belt is broken or worned out-Check the condition of the belt-start here-Further check the fuel pressure if its within specs with a gauge and then comeback I'll be waiting if you need more help-
