pop the old 1 off and the new 1 on. is there a difficulty you have encountered?

if you meant adjust it is self adjusting and book says after self adjust tighten lock nut/bolt.

I have to ask why you would be trying to change a tensioner and not a belt also. This is an interference engine so if you had a tensioner failure that caused the belt to jump timing, chances are very good that you have severe valve damage now.
