keeps cutting out when driving

movano 3.5 tdi - keeps cutting out when driving, i have to turn ignition off then on again and it bumps in again. Recently had fuel tank maintained could it be a blockage in the fuel line maybe. Seems to happen when you put your foot down when going up hill

Check fuel pump pressure. It sounds like you are losing pressure or it is weak.
