1993 truck for sale wondering if worth it

Im looking to possibly purchase a 1993 truck owner states new brakes all around coil over shocks on rear new battery 4new tires new 4 core radiator new trans yet needs new computer programmed and 2 shift selinoids. how much should it cost to fix these issues and is it very unsafe to drive in the interim. I can buy truck for 700 is that worth it

ast is up to you have a pro look it over to see what he thinks have a trans guy do same. the trans could be more than a shift solenoid and that would be around $1800 for a rebuild if trans is stuck in second gear its in limp mode. so rebuild quite possible yours isobd1 so programming is already done just chip will have to be installed from ecm
