hand brake cable wont come out

i have a toyota previa 1993 and i am trying to take out the handbrake cable but it seems to be stuck somewhere and i cant get it out...any ideas??? thank u

Try at the parking brake equalizer underneath

thank u will try that...been at it for a while..even bought the haynes book but it doesnt show it in the book!

tried that...is that wire is caught inside the chassie
