Hand brake cable wont come out

I have a toyota previa 1993 and I am trying to take out the handbrake cable but it seems to be stuck somewhere and I cant get it out. Any ideas? Thank u

Try at the parking brake equalizer underneath

Thank u will try that. Been at it for a while. Even bought the haynes book but it doesnt show it in the book!
