The transmission was serviced (*fluid changed) at 30,000 miles. I want to have the trans serviced. I have been told that since it has been many miles since the original service it is advisable to only have the pan drained and not have the trans flushed to replace all fluid. I would prefer the flush but now am concerned it cuold dislodge something in the torque converter, etc.
Please clear this up if possible.
