First lower the window half way. You'll need a trim panel removal tool. wedge it between the door panel and pop the clips. Then there'll be one or two screws to remove behind the door handle. You may have to remove a plastic cover to get to them.

The window glass will be attached to the regulator arm at the bottom. Remove the bolts and lift the window straight up.
