speedodmeter is reading wrong but works if u r doing 50 it is reading 35 to40 no bouncing just no reading right. and just replaced motor and everything seems ok but took it for test drive and speedodmeter wasn't rightand was pushing water was coming out the overflow bottle.

I you are pushing water out overflow have it tested for a head gasket problem. for speedo check that speed sensor wiring is not pinched or maybe a bad speed sensor
