When driving car over 120 km it starts to shake a little. Could it be it needs a wheel balance or something else? Cheers Help please :)

I would start with checking the tires for even wear and no belt shift. If they are good, then have the tire balance checked.

There are steel belts in the tires. What sometimes happens is the belts are damaged from bad bumps. As a result, they lose some of their shape.
