have a toyota 93 1.8 manual ,tests done and found cylinder 4 pressure low ,what does this mean ?

cyl 1 -150psi
cyl 2 -150psi
cyl 3 -150psi
cyl 4 - 85psi
what does this mean and is this is what makes the car idle rough.what can i do about it and how long will my car last? Is there a short fix ? cheers

Your problem here could be valves/rings to actually find out, get a cylinder leakage test-

cylinder leakage test revealed there is 85psi in cyl 4

That is not a "leakdown" test. that was a compression test. A leakdown test will give you a better idea where the pressure went.
