What would cause parking light turn on

My parking lights have a mind of it own my parking lights will come on and stay on until everthings dead I'm thinking there must be some type of parking light relay switch or maybe a bad fuse relay what should I look for first

You sure it not the brake lights are On? if not check the light failure sensor-
