Could be a bad torque converter solenoid or a shift solenoid. Take it to a tranmission shop and have the trouble codes pulled or have them diagnose it. Don't take it to a regular shop as it takes special training, tools and a lot of experience to work on trnsmissions. AAMCO is overpriced. You can use the search engine on this site to find a transmission shop near you.
