1993 Toyota Camry Having Difficulity Removing Drivers Side Door Panel 4 Door

I am having difficulity removing the drivers side door panel, (4 door), to attempt repairing a power window problem. Have removed all attachments, screws,etc. But while lifting up the panel for removal, it is still hung up in the uper center somewhere. Help.

They don't publish any diagrams for that but apparently you are missing some screws in that areas. Sometimes they are under switches, lights or ash trays.
