Flywheel Access 1993 camry

cant locate the flywheel/driveplate cover on my 1993 toyota camry 2.2L automatic transaxle. without access to to the ring gear teeth I cant pull the crank pulley to change the timing belt.
My Haynes manual is once again failing me.

The flywheel drive plate cover is at bottom of trans, between the oil sump and trans.

An air impact wrench would be the easiest way to remove and install the drive pulley bolt.
