Cannot get rear wheel off

1993 TOYOTA CAMRY

Help help I cannot get rear wheels off the car to check the back brakes, the cover on the drum turns with the wheel I sprayed 2 cans of wd40 all around any suggestions how I can take them off I took 4 lug nuts off each even tried to bang on inside of wheel thanks Declan.

Rust must have cause the central rings to be stuck tight.

Some banging is required to get them unstuck. Try kicking or stomping on the outer edges of the tires to get them loose. If it fails to work, some heat should do the trick but you have to be careful not to overheat as it can damage the wheel bearings.

Yes you were right rust was all over the central rings I got a 2*4 and banged it out from the back it took 2 days and thank you Declan.
