Shaking while running in Gear.

My 93 Impreza will run with a shake while sitting in drive, put it in park or nuteral and I runs smooth. It dosent hesitate when I pull off and doesn't stall. Its not a major problem but it does bother me.. What should I try?

Inspect the engine/transmission mounts, check valve and ignition timing and also look for a vacuum leak

I had it looked over. But the mechanic suggested to chage my spark plugs, I did that but it didn't change it, could it be a transfilter needing replcement.
