1993 Saturn Sl2 Change Lowbeam Light Bulb On Driver Side Just Pull Plug

I need to change the lowbeam light bulb, on the driver side. Do I just pull the plug out, or is there something on that circle outing I need to take off first???

Turn it counter clockwise aprox 1/4 turn and then it should come out.
