what does third gear stuck on mean

I had transaxle trouble code 75, third gear stuck on, possible cross leaks from third gear cluch oil passages.how do I fix it

With that code i would suspect a bad 3rd gear actuator before i would suspect cross bleeding of pressure.Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
